The Institutional Division of Magnate Wealth Management serves corporations, foundations, endowments, trusts, for-profit and nonprofit and religious organizations and charities, schools and universities, trade and professional associations, and community groups and service organizations.  Whether your need current income or growth of your assets for future use, we provide the expertise to help you manage your small or mid-size organization’s assets.

We provide concise, easy-to-read monthly statements and an online site to ease your administrative burden. You receive summarized portfolio reports monthly and a comprehensive portfolio analysis quarterly. Your account’s current status is available online 24 hours a day.

We’ll meet with your leadership team as often as you wish.  Our review meetings are dictated by your preference.  For some clients we participate in quarterly Board meetings.  For other clients, they prefer reviews to be handled by telephone or video conference.  Although our preference is to visit with you in person to ensure the highest level of service, we are always available by phone or email to help you support your mission.

Our goal is to manage investment costs while providing risk-optimized returns. Magnate Wealth Management offers a variety of value-added features to investors like you.

As an investment adviser, we have a fiduciary duty to always serve your best interests.  Our annual fee is based on the value of the assets we manage, not the number of transactions we execute for you. We receive no commissions or third-party payments that would compromise our objectivity or pose a conflict with our fiduciary responsibilities.

By working with us, you will never pay commissions, 12b-1 fees, consulting fees. However, the fee does not include debit balances, related margin interest, IRA and retirement plan fees, transfer fees, 12b-1 fees for certain money market funds, expenses charged by the mutual funds (including management fees, transaction charges incurred for fund-level asset allocation model trades, custody of fund assets and other fund expenses), variable annuities and exchange-traded funds, or other fees or taxes that are required by law.

Magnate Wealth Management’s Institutional asset-based fee schedule is fully disclosed and completely transparent. The fee includes assistance in drafting your Investment Policy Statement, portfolio management, systematic rebalancing, reporting, performance evaluation, board attendance for performance reviews, and dedicated client support.
